The F4MG site

A migration consultancy with no social presence and no site worth the name, in one of the most expensive keyword categories there is. Every competitor bidding on the same handful of subclass numbers.

130 pages, and the CMS under them

Planned in Figma, then built solo: a Next.js front end on Strapi and Postgres, self-hosted, with Claude Code taking the repetitive half. A developer handled deployment; everything up to it is mine. The page count is the point: Australian migration is sorted by numbered visa subclass, and people search the number rather than the idea. Funnel, SEO, landing, service and showcase pages, so every way in lands on the one page that answers the exact question asked.

$12,000 a month, split three ways

Meta Ads and Google Ads, both run by me, with the split between them mine to set. Australia, India and the GCC each carry their own budget and their own creative, because they are not one market in three flags: India answers to price, the GCC to whether a firm feels like somewhere its community already goes, and onshore student targeting comes down to which colleges actually hold the immigrant numbers. About 9,000 leads a month, at roughly $1.33 each.

Built to lose the right people

Volume at that price is only worth having if the leads are worth calling. The form runs in stages. Long enough that someone idly curious gives up, short enough that someone serious does not. About 60% of what comes through it clears the telecaller team’s qualification bar. That ratio is the form’s doing, and it is the number I would defend first.

2.2 million views, unpaid

Seven years of the founder’s story, scripted and voiced by me, cut in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the archive stills nobody had footage for animated in Higgsfield. It ran organic. Alongside it, $5,000+ a month of influencer collaborations sourced through to delivery, and the advertising creative and corporate stationery designed in Canva.

The channel that doesn’t wait

Paid means waiting for someone to arrive, so I built the other direction. Claude gathers the immigration firms and providers worth knowing and drafts a mail against what each one actually does; Zoho holds the pipeline while I warm them for the B2B team to close. Eighteen partnerships signed, IDP among them. My own initiative, and the only channel here that goes and finds the work.

Six months. $12,000 a month across two channels at roughly $1.33 a lead, a 130-page site that did not exist before, 18 partnerships, and a film that did 2.2 million views without a cent behind it.

Nobody migrates on a whim; the decision runs twelve to twenty-four months, and most of the 40% who don’t qualify today are early rather than wrong. Nothing is holding them. I’d build the nurture layer so a no in March is still reachable next year, instead of being bought a second time.

THE RESULTS

Every figure carries the thing it grew from, because a number without its denominator isn’t a number.
